Apple Cinnamon Couscous



              1 cup apple juice
              2 tbsp dried apples diced
              2 tbsp raisins
              1 tsp cinnamon or to taste
              1/2 cup couscous

      Place apple juice, dried apple, raisins and cinnamon all in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
      Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
      Fluff couscous with a fork and serve. (Enough for 2 people)
      Other juices and/or dried fruits could have been used instead of apples and raisins.
