Crab Stuffed Potatoes



                                    4 medium baking potatoes
                                    1 (6 ounces) can crabmeat, drained
                                    1/2 cup butter, softened
                                    1/2 cup light cream
                                    1 teaspoon salt
                                    4 tablespoons grated onion
                                    1 cup grated sharp cheese

  1. Bake potatoes whole until fork tender. Cut lengthwise and scoop out potato.
  2. Combine potato with ingredients and beat with mixer.
  3. Fold in crab meat and refill shells. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (It can be frozen and reheated at 350 degrees for 30 minutes).
