POTATOES |
Ingredients:
4 medium baking potatoes
1 (6 ounces) can crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup light cream
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons grated onion
1 cup grated sharp cheese
Paprika
Directions:
- Bake potatoes whole until fork tender. Cut lengthwise and scoop out potato.
- Combine potato with ingredients and beat with mixer.
- Fold in crab meat and refill shells. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (It can be frozen and reheated at 350 degrees for 30 minutes).
